TURTLE, HOMEBOUND
The sea is one continuous body, always moving.
You are a sea turtle, far out in open water, swimming the long way home. Somewhere to the north lies the beach where your life began, and you will spend a lifetime crossing the ocean to reach it.
A companion swims beside you. They are slower than you — press too hard and you'll drift apart; ease off, and the current carries you both. Stay close. The sea is a colder place to cross alone.
There is no score, and nothing to fail. Hold to cut across the current and press on. Release, and let the water carry you. The journey is the whole of it.
Reach the shore at last, and a new life begins — and the sea opens once more for the next to make the same long crossing. The journey never truly ends. It is only handed on.
A small, quiet game about distance, current, and the pull of home. Made in the spirit of less: no clutter, no noise — only the sea, and the one swimming beside you.
